Michael joined the NCCCC at Chez Josef on Thursday evening for an business after hours event.  The facility was beautifully setup and the food was an excellent showcase of what Chez Josef can do.  The turnout was excellent and a good time was had by all.

We are excited to announce that we have moved to our own building!

We have grown from 1,500 square feet to 8,000 square feet, enabling us to improve our workflow.  We will also be providing a larger, more comfortable area for browsing through our wedding and social invitation albums.  Stay tuned for the addition of new products and services at a later date!

The ACCGS January Breakfast was held at the Springfield Sheraton this morning.  Carin Zinter was the keynote speaker and she gave a January motivational speech.  It was a great start to the new year. 

Think small…no, smaller…no, even smaller than that…now you’re in the mindset for microfolding.

Have you every purchased a product in a small package with a tiny instruction sheet tucked inside?  You’ve probably never wondered how those instruction sheets were made, but it’s through a process called “microfolding”. We have specific microfolding equipment in our bindery department to get the job done with precision.

We have printed and microfolded instruction sheets for machine shops and medical device manufacturers.  We have also used our microfolding equipment to produce informational “palm cards” for non-profit organizations.  This style of folding would also be useful for:

• organizations providing a list of phone numbers and contact information for clients
• retailers distributing a small menu or price list
• medical offices that need to provide wallet-sized emergency instructions for patients
• travel or tourism companies who want to provide a take-along guide or list of area attractions

Michael attended the after hours event at Figaro’s on Wed.  It was a nice end of year event for the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.  Michael is pictured above with Jen Kiner from Howland & Sargent.
